Haining Llanos Daily Necessities Co., Ltd began its journey from humble beginnings in 1990 and has since expanded its business internationally, starting with Taiwan. By 2001, we swiftly entered the Japanese market, offering high-quality products that adhere to rigorous standards. Llanos is committed to providing our customers with premium products at competitive prices. Our diverse product range includes household metal items, plastic products, household textiles, and poly decorations.
At Llanos, we have seamlessly integrated production and trading to specifically cater to the Japanese dollar store market. Over the past 20 years, we have built strong, trust-based relationships with our Japanese customers, ensuring mutual trust and reliability.
Our core development strategy is centered around offering high-quality, affordable products from Japanese 100-yen stores. We aim to promote and expand the Japanese culture of providing high-quality goods at low prices to other countries, such as Korea, Singapore, and beyond.
Our product sales primarily focus on daily necessities, but we maintain a diverse range of product categories, ensuring a wide selection and attracting a diverse customer base. We strive to meet our customers' product demands and achieve a win-win situation for both parties.
Our products undergo three rounds of inspections and two rounds of data verification, giving us great confidence in our quality management. Moreover, our products come at a low price. The combination of these factors results in high cost-performance ratio products, making them highly suitable for countries such as Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia.
"3 rounds of sampling, 2 rounds of verification, and employee training."
After the products arrive at the company, a preliminary inspection of 20% is conducted to ensure that less than 5% of the items inside the boxes have defects. After completion, the products undergo weighing and data entry before being stored.
The "Product Attention Card" is used to inform employees about specific product requirements and to remind them to carefully select qualified products to ensure the best quality for customers. Quality inspection personnel also conduct periodic inspections during the packaging process to maintain product quality.
Once the products are fully packaged, different departments conduct finished product inspections and weighing inspections, each accounting for 8% of the total products. This approach ensures that inspections are conducted independently by different departments to avoid any biased sampling practices.
Every 1-2 months, employee training sessions are conducted to update staff on product specifications and quality selection standards. This continuous training helps employees stay informed about the latest product guidelines and quality criteria.
